Canada is far away

And your blogs Dodie are so warm and wonderful that for you and for Mag and for Jen it brings tears to my eyes.
You know how it is - I want to be there - for her as she comes back from the operating room. I want to fly down for 3 weeks until Tim and Carrie and gang get there. Oh dear - it is indeed a long way away.
But to know that she has such loving and caring friends does indeed bring tears to my eyes. How can one thank you? There is no way except to be for others the way you have been for Jen. You are both mentors in the real way of the world.
