I am now in the experimenting stage with putting pictures on the blog. That's how it goes with the old and infirm in body but ever young in spirit. It is still so silently cold:-29C - no wind, no sound. No sign of life - too cold to venture out. Although I did see coyote (like a large blond dog) tracks around the north side of the house. Callie, who also comes to Grey Malkin, Cat, kitty-cat as long as food is in the offing, has found the ideal place to sleep on these cold nights. When I went to collect her to put her in the basement for the night, I found her under the long couch where the humidifier air blasts out - warm and cosy. I didn't have the heart to move her.

Well, as you can guess I am just blathering on (as Aunty Betty used to say) in order to see how this all fits in. And to show Mag and David what mornings and evenings can bring one at Rush House.
one final thing - A shot of an unusual occupation in Victoria!
