Neck to knee bathing costume

I am much reasured by your Alpine experience Timothy and your plans. Forgive the grandfataherly witterings of caution.

Eager to catch up with you and share a few Coromandel (includes Thames) bush walks. Still finding new river swimming holes, complete with neat little clean sandy beaches, excellent sunny and safe hideways for families, children. Don't know about Jen coming though. I can hear her scornful jeers, her mocking cries, as I proudly don my 1920s neck to knee bathing costume.

Jen of course would make a wonderful child minder. If I'm free (have a cousin arriving from Australia, a wee island of the coast of New Zealand)I would be very happy to offer help in making sand castles, exploring a few of our walk ways, or, if wet (Sacre Bleu!) drawing pictures of particularly Fierce Animals. My grand daughter has given me a diploma for the last achievement. The same grand daughter who knows where to find fairies at the bottom of Poppa's garden!

love to all of Jen's family
