There seems to be some difficulty in arranging photographs on a blog. Not sure why or how to over come it - yes it is still cold - but sometimes the cold can bring forth bits of beauty - like old Mr Frost when he settles on window panes. A wee grey deer mouse popped out of one hole in the snow- under the bird feeder - grabbed a crumb dropped by the birds, and scuttled down down another. He looked well fed, having survived thus far.I find that I am getting more and more excited as the take-off time draws closer: imagining them all in the plane - finally on their way over the Pacific. Kids taking over the the duties of flight attendants - Mum and Dad sliding down in the too narrow plane seats and feeling that sense of relief when one is finally off and it is just too bad about any thing that has been left behind.

I went to see The doctor today and found out that the asthma problems are in fact bronchial problems. That should be cleared up in a day or two. The epilepsy dose has been increased by one extra pill a day so that I come within the range of it being effective.
I don't think that I will post any more pictures until the family are back safe and sound in Canada. I will be too busy reading blogs and oohing and ahhing about it all.
Love ,
Hilary/Mum
